Japan Foreign Minister Visits Colombo Dockyard

Japan’s Foreign Affairs Minister Kamikawa Yoko during her tour of Sri Lanka last week visited the Colombo Dockyard PLC, a Japanese majority owned shipbuilding company.

Dockyard Managing Director and CEO T.S. Godakumbura and Executive Director J. Furukawa gave an overview of the company and the challenges it faces. Kamikawa inspected the dock and inquired k and business situation and the nationalities of the companies with which they do business.
