Sri Lanka’s Access Logistics Park gets 36-acre state land

Sri Lanka’s Access group will get a 36-acre land in Ekala, Ja-Ela to build a logistics park, a government statement said.

The Cabinet of Ministers had approved the long lease of 36 acre, 1 rood and 27.6 perches of land in Ekala, Ja-Ela to Access Logistics Park Ekala (Pvt) Ltd.

The award was made following an invitation of competitive proposals. The land is now held by the Urban Development Authority.

The long lease will be based on the estimation of the Government Chief Valuer.
