Hosted by the Sri Lanka Logistics and Freight Forwarders’ Association (SLFFA), this prestigious event brought together industry leaders to honor exceptional achievements within the logistics sector. More than 40 awards were presented across ten key categories—including freight forwarding, ocean carriers, airlines, warehousing, and project logistics. Each award celebrated innovation and dedication in supply chain management in Sri Lanka, with seven “Legends of Logistics” awards recognizing outstanding lifetime contributions.
The ceremony, supported by 28 prominent organizations including Sri Lanka Customs and the Ministry of Ports and Shipping, underscored the importance of collaboration in logistics. CL Synergy Ltd. served as the main sponsor, while Aitken Spence Maritime, Freight and Integrated Logistics, and Hayleys Advantis joined as Gold sponsors. Bronze sponsors included Expolanka Freight Ltd., Scanwell Logistics Colombo Ltd., and Transwing Logistics Ltd., whose support helped ensure the event’s success.
Guided by Professor Lalith Edirisinghe of the CINEC Faculty of Management and Social Sciences, a distinguished panel of judges meticulously evaluated nominations to uphold the highest standards of excellence.
SLFFA Chairman Channa Gunawardena remarked, “This event not only celebrated excellence in the logistics sector but also showcased our collective resilience and commitment to driving innovation in Sri Lanka’s logistics industry.”
